Cancellation & Refunds

1. Contractual cancellation terms

Monthly retainers: minimum term as chosen at checkout (3, 6 or 12 months). Cancel after that with 14 days' notice to the end of a calendar month. Months already delivered are not refunded. Pausing up to two months is possible once per 12 months by agreement.

One-off deliverables: cancel before kickoff for a full refund. After kickoff, you're billed pro-rata for work actually delivered, and all work product and raw data produced so far is handed over.

These contractual terms apply in addition to, and do not limit, the statutory consumer withdrawal right below.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, within 14 days of receiving notice of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used originally unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If you asked us to begin performing the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the services already provided. Your right of withdrawal lapses early once we have fully performed the service and only began doing so after your express consent and confirmation that you would lose this right.

Exclusion / early lapse. The right of withdrawal does not apply to service contracts we have fully performed, where we began performance only after your express consent. It does not apply to business (B2B) purchases.
