HOW IT RUNS
The five-step method, in full.
We don't have client logos or case studies to show you yet — we won't fabricate them to fill the gap. What we can show, in full, is exactly how an engagement runs and exactly what lands in your monthly report. That's the honest substitute, and it's more useful than a curated success story: you can hold us to it.
FROM SCOPE TO DELIVERY
From scope to delivery
Scope
You choose a package on /pricing/ or a service page. The scope, price and turnaround are fixed before any money changes hands — what you see in the cart is what you get.
Kickoff
After checkout, we confirm access requirements (Search Console, analytics, CMS or hosting where relevant) and a start date, typically within 5 working days.
Delivery
The crew does the defined work directly. No account manager, no hand-off to a junior team — the person who scoped the engagement is doing or overseeing the work.
Reporting
For retainers, a monthly report and a short call. For one-off deliverables, a written report at completion. Every report follows the same structure.
Review & next step
At the end of a one-off deliverable, or at any point in a retainer, you decide what’s next — extend, adjust scope, add a service, or stop.
